Sepia Chicago - Windy City Post

01 I had the pleasure of enjoying a terrific new cocktail at Sepia, Chicago’s rustic, vintage and contemporary dining hot spot. Sepia, built from an old 1890’s print shop, captures the feel of old Chicago through its custom tiled floor, hand-crafted millwork, and memorabilia from the Windy City’s bygone era. T he bar and dining area is stylish, warm and inviting, while being comfortable and lively. Peter Vestinos, is their house mixologists. Peter is one of Chicago’s top elite in the cocktail world and just released his fall drink menu. He has created a great cocktail called the Lost Afternoon, with Tequila as it's base spirit. The Lost Afternoon is a well balanced cocktail which pays attention to tequilas natural acidity and sweet flavors. I highly recommend you check Sepia out and try some of Peter's cocktails. Cheers - Alex
