Hi, thank you and I am delighted to be a part of TALKDRINKS.COM. I currently tend bar at the Hilton in Austin. I have been mixing fine and creative cocktails for four years and have won five cocktail competitions, including the Hilton Hotels Top Bar Chef. I have founded the Austin chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild and am paving the way for the cocktail revolution in Austin.
