Switch it Up with Prosecco Cocktails for New Years...

Everyone knows that New Years Eve means celebrations and parties with noisemakers and toasts of bubbly. What you may not know is that a great alternative to pricey Champagne for that special toast is Prosecco, a sparkling wine from Italy. Prosecco is less expensive than Champagne and is also fun and light, perfect for this holiday.

Our good friend Jonathan Pogash just went on air on WPIX Morning News, showcasing how else you can use Prosecco for New Years...in cocktails of course! Oprah Brings the Party with Tequila Partida

If you haven't heard the recent buzz surrounding Oprah, then we thought we'd share this one with you...

Just last weekend Oprah visited her friend Megan Castran in Australia and got the party started with two bottles of Tequila Partida Reposado tucked under her arm. TMZ published these photos of Oprah at the 'taco party' showing Oprah sipping on some Partida. That margarita looks pretty delicious to us...and so does that kangaroo cake!

 

 

TMZ also reported that Oprah "threw back one whole shot of tequila during the party -- and chowed down on tacos, guacamole and that wacky cake."

We are big fans of Partida here and now Oprah is too. Are you??

Celebrate with a Cuppa Good Cheer

Tis the season to eat, drink and be merry! Skyy Spirits 
has presented an array of perfect holiday cocktails this December that you can stir up for yourself and your loved ones. They are easy to make as well, so you can mingle with your guests all evening long. A delicious recipe to recreate is the Cuppa Good Cheer which will provide good times all night long.

Cuppa Good Cheer

1.5 oz Skyy Infusions Cherry

.5 oz White Creme de Cacao

4 oz Extra Hot Chocolate

1 oz Half and Half

Whipped Cream

Red Sprinkles

Marascino Cherry

Combine all ingredients into a holiday mug and top with whipped cream, red sprinkles and a maraschino cherry.
