Tomorrow marks National Tequila Day! This year, we will celebrate one of our favorite spirits with delicious margaritas and other fun cocktails made with the amazing juice of the agave plant. We encourage you to toast with friends, family and loved ones tomorrow. For a fun cocktail idea, how about you try the Fresa Breeze by mixologist Tomas Delos Reyes? This fruity cocktail uses Tequila Partida Blanco, lime, strawberries and cucumber for a refreshing take on the margarita. Happy National Tequila Day!
Fresa Breeze Margarita: (created by Tomas Delos Reyes)
2 oz Tequila Partida Blanco
.5 oz Tequila Partida 100% Organic Agave Nectar
.75 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
2 strawberries
2 tsp diced cucumber
Mint sprig for garnish
Muddle strawberries and Partida Agave Nectar together in a shaker. Add Tequila Partida Blanco and lime juice, and shake over ice.
Strain over fresh ice and top with diced cucumber. Garnish with mint sprig.
