With nothing but warm weather in our future, Spring is in the air in this lovely season. What better way to celebrate a beautiful day than with a delicious cocktail? Our friends over at Bombay Sapphire have a new seasonal cocktail called the Bombay Sapphire Spring Fever, which is available at Whiskey Blue in the W Hotel. Created by Bombay Sapphire’s Global Brand Ambassador Gary Hayward, the sweet addition of Elderflower Liqueur and fresh citrus juices make for a perfectly balanced cocktail.
BOMBAY SAPPHIRE SPRING FEVER
In a shaker with ice:
1 oz Bombay Sapphire
½ oz Aperol
¼ oz Elderflower Liquor
¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Splash of Grapefruit Juice
Shake well and strain in Rocks glass over ice. Top with Champagne. Garnish with
Lemon Peel
